Foil Grilled Italian Potatoes
Ingredients:
1lb Potatoes- scrubbed & unpeeled
1 Tbls. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/8 tsp. Paprika
2 tsp. Olive Oil
2 Tbls. Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Combine grated parmesan, italian seasoning, paprika, & garlic powder
Slice potatoes into wedges (cut into 1/8th’s)
Toss potato wedges in olive oil then place on sheet of aluminum foil sprinkling evenly with mixed seasons.
Fold aluminum snugly around the potato wedges, place on oven rack and cook for 30-45 minutes.
(Hint:If you are on a fixed schedule, cover & microwave potatoes before coating for 4 minutes, then reduce oven time to 20 minutes)

When served with oven fried chicken and with a fruit &/or vegetable, dinner is complete
