Those are great icing flowers! I’m envious, my icing creations never seem to turn out right, but those are awesome. Someone is going to really like their cake decorations in the near future!
My wife knows how to make those icing flowers. In fact, she’s so good she’s teaching a cake decorating course at a local community centre. Luckily for me, I don’t care too much for those things, because if I did, I would be in the 1,600 pounds by now, so many we have at home! :-)
Very cool! I love watching some of those cake decorating shows on Food TV. Have you ever seen Ace of Cakes? Those people are incredible! I just feel bad when people actually cut into them!!!!

Carrie: I actually just started these today, but you would be amazed by the number of step by step tutorials on line (check out you tube, they rock!)
Harlekwin: I would ship you one but I doubt it would hold up in the mail :) Just go get a tsp. of sugar and eat it, not far off from these, ha ha ha.
