Very interesting! I am actually right-handed, but do most everything else with my left hand. Happy TT!

I am left handed and do a lot of things right handed too. My daughter is a left handed Sarah as well, MUCH better name then Delbert haha.
Happy TT day

Since I commute, I often find myself cursing at other drivers as well.
I was a teenager when they 1st came out, so I didn’t get into The Garbage Pail Kids. I think I had some younger relatives who had the stickers. I found that they were funny and disgusting at the same time (The Garbage Pail Kids, not my younger relatives). Do you remember the Garbage Pail Kids movie they made? Part of me has wanted to see it, but I’m not sure if I could get through it without being repulsed. I wouldn’t be surprised if those stickers are worth some money.

I married my husband only knowing him for 45 days. We have been married for over 13 years now.
I so remember the Garabage pail kids. My mother couldn’t stand them.
Two of my children are left handed. Both my husband and myself are right handed…and we have found it very difficult to teach our lefty’s how to write.
Welcome to T13!
Great List!
Happy T13!

Delbert Chancellor.
ha ha ha - I couldn’t stop laughing at that one!!!

I wore stir-up pants too! And, I also got an “A” for a class I never took in college! Hey, it helped bring my GPA up!

Hi Sarah!
I’m left handed, too, but do a lot of things with my right hand, as well. I was doing some reading about left-handedness awhile back and discovered that this is true of most people who consider themselves left handed. They say most people who say “I am left handed” are actually what they call “mixed handed”. Most right handed people are completely right handed, but there are very few completely left handed people. I thought that was pretty interesting!!
I still haven’t written my TT yet

Sarah, I’m really enjoying your writing - very witty. Love your random facts! We have a few things in common (not going to admit which ones though LOL) Thanks for visiting my blog. I’m off to answer your questions now :)

Nice new touches to the theme! You might even be one of those people who makes her own themes one day! I’ve always wanted to but it is just to tedious for me! Tweaking is my limit . . . for now!!! Anyway, it’s so cool to see you doing blog stuff.
I put in the navigation code at the bottom of your index.php file so it now has a “Previous posts” link. There was code already in the theme, but the way it was it wasn’t shoing for some reason. I just copied the snippet from Wordpress’ “Default” theme (one of my old favorites) and it works like a charm! Have a great day! See you in the family room ;)

I am going to call you Delbert Chancellor from now on.

Thanks everyone for stopping by and for your fun comments to my first Thursday 13.
Malcom: I never actually saw the movie, even though my mom bought me the cards, she drew the line somewhere, lol.
Suprina: When we were getting married we learned of so many people who had married pretty quickly and were surprised to learn how common it is.
Wendy, Cyndie, & Riley: What would your boy names have been? Probably better than Delbert, lol.
Rock Chick: I have never heard this, but it make a lot of sense. I have a friend who is genuinely left handed and is very eccentric like I have heard lefties should be. I was thinking that gene passed me by, but maybe I am just not really a full lefty after all.
August 25th, 2007 at 9:42 pm
I had no idea that you and hubby met online.
August 25th, 2007 at 9:56 pm
Rose: Yep, we met and chatted for a couple of weeks online and on the phone, but since our first face-to-face encounter was at the video store, sometimes in the first year we would tell people that was where we met, lol. Even though it was just 5 years ago, online dating was just branching out and hadn’t hit the major boom it has now become.

Sarah, I can’t stand those creatures either. Sarah has a nicer ring to it then Delbert and sounds much nicer with Damien.
August 25th, 2007 at 10:52 pm
Did the stirup pants. Have a few of those garbage kid stickers. And Delbert? Really? That is bizzare!
August 25th, 2007 at 10:58 pm
Robin: I forgot to mention, I reported the added grade :( Mostly because I feared the mistake would be realized right before graduation and I wouldn’t get to walk with my friends.
Marcia & Carrie: I have to confess, Delbert was my grandfather’s name, so it makes since I suppose, but I am so glad I was born a girl :)

This was a fun list, I remember the stir-up pants. I had a pink pair that I would wear with a pink sweater, pink boots and songs slouched outside my boots. Oh I’m sure I looked hot(haha)
I loved the garbage pail kids
Thanks for stopping by my site earlier.
